Christmas Extended Returns Policy

For all purchases in store and online between 1st December and 24th December, our returns policy has been extended until 17th January 2020, subject to standard exclusions.

 

Online

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To return items for refund or exchange, please follow the following steps:

  1. Contact us by email to receive a returns number. 
  2. Complete the returns form in full and place with the item/s back in their original packaging. Items that have a security tag must be returned with the tag in act.
  3. Clearly label your parcel: Returns, Cornell Jewellers, 12-14 Gabriels Hill, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6JG.
  4. Take the parcel to the post office counter to get your tracking number for proof of postage.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. When returning goods please ensure you apply enough insurance to cover potential loss of the item/s. The cost of return will be covered by the customer and will only be reimbursed for faulty items, on approval of a genuine fault. Your statutory rights are not affected. For further information please read our Terms and Conditions. 

 
In Store
Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items purchased in the Sale are non-returnable.
