Online Purchases

 

You may cancel your order up to 14 days from the moment of ordering. This excludes items with a delivery time of 3 weeks or over, as these will be ordered tailor-made specifically to your requirements.

 

You can request to return you order up to 14 days from the day your order is delivered/collected. You then have 14 days to return the order to us either in store or by post. This excludes items with a delivery time of 3 weeks or over, as these will be ordered tailor-made specifically to your requirements.

 

If you would like to cancel your order or request a return, please email us quoting your name, address, and order number.

 

Your refund will be processed by the original payment method used when placing your order. When a refund is processed, it may not show in your bank account straight away. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed by your bank.

 

All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them.

  • Return postage costs are at the customers’ expense. Please ensure you apply enough insurance to cover potential loss of the item/s. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods.

 

 

In Store Purchases

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in-store within 21 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. This excludes items specially ordered and tailor-made to your requirements, personalised items and all items purchased in the sale.

All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by your receipt as proof of purchase.

 


Faulty Goods

 

In the unlikely event that the item you purchased is faulty, we will offer an exchange, repair, or full refund, subject to assessment. A refund will be given on items where a fault is found within 30 days of taking ownership of the product (this is either the date of purchase in store, or the date of delivery/collection of online orders), including any postage costs incurred by the customer. For items where a fault is discovered after 30 days of taking ownership, up to the date covered by the items guarantee, we will offer a replacement or repair, and a refund will only be given if we are unable to repair or replace the item.

Any items damaged from negligence, misuse or general wear will not be refunded or exchanged, and any repair would be at the customers’ expense.
